Refund & Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully.

  1. Eligibility: Replacements will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

    • Step 1: You must show on camera that the package is unopened before proceeding with the unboxing.

    • Step 2: Open the package on camera to ensure transparency during the process.

    • Step 3: If the product is found to be damaged, we will replace it with a new item.

  2. No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds under any other circumstances. Once the product has been opened and inspected, we will not issue a refund, except for damaged goods that meet the criteria above.

Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

  • Fast Shipping: Delivery in 3-5 business days. This option is priced slightly higher than standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 12-24 hours from the date of purchase.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing the purchase, as we are not responsible for errors in the provided address.
